Stairlift manufacturers recommend you have your equipment serviced annually.

Our friendly engineer will check that the stairlift is clean to ensure that it runs smoothly and lubricate where necessary. He will check all the safety devices including the over speed governor, and check for wear on brushes, rollers and guides. The batteries will also be checked.

We charge a fixed price for servicing. If your stairlift breaks down we will come out to you as quickly as possible. Most repairs can be carried out on the same day for a fixed call out charge.

We do not offer service contracts as we have found them to work out in the long term far more expensive than a pay as you go system. We are always happy to hear from owners of Acorn stairlifts or any other make of stairlifts supplied by others who wish to reduce their yearly cost by switching to Bee Mobile Ltd. "Pay As You Go".

At Bee Mobile we can supply and install a variety of stairlifts to suit you and your home.

Should your stairlift break down, then we provide a repair service where one of our trained engineers will visit your home and repair your stairlift.
